Babies born to mothers with HIV
Children living with HIV
Adolescents living with HIV
Adolescents are key populations with HIV
Adolescents from key populations and adolescents at risk of HIV
Each group has different needs and requires a specific, inclusive and sustainable approach.
Strategic Objectives //
Availability of comprehensive health services for children and adolescents at risk and living with HIV so that they can live healthy and develop optimally.
Will be done through:
Encouraging the availability of child-friendly ARVs in Indonesia
Encourage the availability of Early Infant Diagnosis (EID) services, information, and data in Indonesia.
Promote the provision of comprehensive policies and services tailored to the needs of children and adolescents with HIV.

Realizing justice and eliminating stigma and discrimination against children and adolescents at risk of and living with HIV. This will be achieved through:
Promote the availability of differentiated Communication, Information and Education (IEC) to reduce stigma and discrimination.
Encourage the implementation of sensitization on human rights issues related to children and adolescents at risk of and living with HIV
Promote the provision of an inclusive social protection system for children and adolescents at risk of and living with HIV
Promote the availability of a standardized and regularly updated data collection system for children with HIV.

Realizing justice and eliminating stigma and discrimination against children and adolescents at risk and living with HIV
Providing opportunities for children and adolescents at risk of and living with HIV to participate in matters affecting their lives. This will be achieved through:
Encourage the provision of space for participation and involvement of children and adolescents at risk and living with HIV according to their capacity in decision-making and policy development.
Promote meaningful involvement of children and adolescents at risk of and living with HIV in policy development and decision-making that affect their lives.

Ensuring the provision of meaningful participation spaces for children and youth in policies and decisions that affect their lives.

Efforts to achieve these goals are carried out through strengthening regulations and cross-sector coordination, increasing service capacity, involving affected communities, and utilizing evidence-based strategic data and information.
